CREATIVE communications agency O has grown its senior team with the appointment of a digital account director, as the agency celebrates 15 years in business this month.
Digital specialist Steve Maybury joins O’s team to expand its digital services, including SEO, paid and organic social media management and creative content marketing.
Steve brings 18 years working in communications, with a focus on content marketing, digital PR and SEO, lead generation and impact measurement.
Commenting on his appointment, Steve said: “This is a challenging time for businesses, but an exciting phase for digital communications and marketing which is coming to the fore as a way to help businesses differentiate and recover post-lockdown.

Steve’s appointment falls during O’s 15th birthday month. The agency was founded in Newcastle in August 2005 by Kari Owers, who has grown the business to be one of the most awarded agencies outside of London, picking up over 60 industry awards, including being shortlisted in Best Agency Outside of London at the PR Week Awards.
