It’s easy to think communication is straight-forward. It isn’t, because communication occurs on multiple levels at once – physical, verbal, and psychological. Engaging with others is complex and to do it well requires skill and practice.
This workshop has been designed for those who need to communicate effectively with different types of people/personalities, deal with clients professionally and manage conversations. Using processes like those which actors use to create believable characters, you will build your understanding of how interpersonal dynamics work – the multiple levels of communication. The workshop will help you learn how to forge positive connections with your audience, how to tailor your interaction and delivery to suit different people, and how to manage your body, mind and emotions in the process.
