MAN MADE

Today’s tip is ‘Bring Some‘, the recent single from the Mancunian trio ‘Man Made‘.

In an instant, ‘Bring Some‘ boasts ethereal, yet driven, swooping guitar lines, deriving clear influence from alt-rock outfits (and fellow North-West natives) such as Doves and Starsailor. In a similar fashion to the aforementioned bands, Man Made master the craft of delivering heartfelt, punchy alternative music.

This is evident in ‘Bring Some‘, in the form of pounding bass lines, luscious guitar hooks and nigh-on infectious vocal melodies and harmonies, which, when combined, result in an instantly loveable track, that appeals to the masses without a hint of sugar-coating.

Ahead of the release of the ‘Bring Some‘ EP next month, Man Made are gigging relentlessly (the group are currently touring the UK in support of Johnny Marr), and are being inundated with praise and critical acclaim along the way (most notable of which from Huw Stephens at BBC Radio One). With an ever growing fanbase and an impressive array of live dates in tow, the forthcoming EP is destined for success, without a doubt.

Bring Some‘, the EP by Man Made, is due for both physical and digital release on November 6th and the band will play The Tipping Point‘s Music Futures Live event on 12th November at The Cluny. Tickets available here.
