PAINT THE DARK

Available as a free download alongside an Oliver Kember directed video on Paint The Dark’s website, ‘Lariat’ is the newest instalment from this London trio. The song actually surfaced a little while ago, attracting the eyes of The Recommender and Killing Moon respectively amongst others but, seemingly to be released as a part of the ‘Deeds I Can’t Undo’ EP on November 4^th, Paint The Dark have given Lariat another push.

And how welcome it is, as the cocktail of eerie dynamics and polished production proves, yet again, to be a winning combination. Chuck in a stylish pop chorus and that’s it; Lariat has just become the tune stuck in your head.
