Ladders is aimed at helping 18-24 year olds, get a foot in the door. Over 12 weeks, you’ll work with an industry mentor to develop your skills in either film, music or software development. You’ll learn valuable employability skills, develop your CV, visit local companies, and build that all-important network.

Digital Bootcamp is the only one like it in the UK. It is an industry standard, hands-on course which will enhance you and your teams’ digital skills, propelling your workforce into the present and setting you up for the future.

Our digital support service is designed to improve your digital presence and increase your technical skills enabling you to increase your reach and relationship with your customers.

Our business coaching service is available to creative and digital businesses in the North East.

The Scale Up Programme is designed for those businesses that are at a critical stage in their development. Past the start-up phase and progressing toward becoming more established. We are looking for businesses who have already grown organically to a reasonable size (6+ employees) and ready to double that, but not sure how to get there.

Start Up Loans is a government-backed scheme, providing repayable loans and mentoring to individuals in the UK with a viable business idea but no access to finance.
