Music Support Peer Network

Peer support groups bring people together in a safe, welcoming space where they can share experiences, listen to others, and support one another.

By talking openly about our thoughts, feelings, challenges, and successes, we often discover that we are not alone and that others can relate to what we are going through. Through conversation, encouragement, and shared understanding, we can learn new ways of coping with life's difficulties and build confidence in ourselves.

The group is gently facilitated by a member of the Music Support team, whose role is to help ensure that everyone has the opportunity to be heard and that the space remains respectful, supportive, and safe for all. These groups belong to everyone who attends, and each person's voice, experience, and perspective are valued. Together, we create a community where people can feel heard, accepted, and connected, with respect and confidentiality at the heart of everything we share.

Who is it for?
Built for anyone working in the music industry, looking for a safe, judgement-free space to share challenges, connect with others, and gain mental health support.

What do I get from it?
Participants are given a safe space to speak about issues and challenges they face without fear of judgement. A space that encourages open conversation and raises awareness of the importance of mental health in the music industry

What's the commitment?
Online support session: 17th September, 6pm - 8pm
