An Introduction to Zenith People

Zenith People offer a dedicated team of consultants who between them have over 10 years of expertise in the IT and Digital market, and who take a genuine interest in technology and aim to make a difference in the North East IT sector.

We not only work with some brilliant and varied clients across the region, but with candidates from highly experienced to graduate and apprentice level, tailoring our offering to suit all parties. We understand that each business and individual’s professional and personal needs are different, and we endeavour to match those with the right opportunities, one size definitely does not fit all.

In the delivery of our recruitment services, our knowledge and experience really are our strength. The sector specific expertise of the team and combined years of experience working across the North East means our we offer an informed, intelligent service which is always consultative, connected and tailored to each specific requirement offering services from specialist niche appointments, right through to whole project teams. We see it as our role to deliver a bespoke and tailored service to our clients and candidates, and our consultants will always offer a skilled, open and honest approach to the sector.

Furthermore from our “standard” recruitment process we offer a range of both funded (free of charge to employers) and commercial training to organisations across the region in a number of sectors. This training covers apprenticeship delivery, pre-employment training for adults and upskilling of individuals and teams in organisations.

We deliver various levels and formats of training across Leadership & Management, Customer Services, Sales, Administration, Contact Centre, Lean Techniques and Business Improvement Techniques – as well as sector specific training. Our training can be accredited whereby it leads to a qualification, or non-accredited whereby it is written and tailored to a specific employer. Delivery formats can range from a two hour workshop (or a series of workshops), to a 1 – 2 week qualification, right through to a full three year programme depending upon the training needs to be addressed. We can be completely flexible.

For some organisations we will deliver one off programmes, for others the training is part of a longer term solution to a business issue, training need or a change process, and for some we act as their training department – delivering what we can, and sourcing and managing the delivery of training that falls outside of our range of specialisms.

We are currently putting plans in place to provide this all round offering to our Digital clients. Every business has different needs, different environments and different budgets.
