Interval Records proudly announces the appointment of Josh Daniel as its Label Manager. A celebrated Recording Artist, Entrepreneur, and accomplished Artist Manager, Josh Daniel brings his multifaceted expertise and commercial perspective to help redefine the region’s musical landscape.

Unveiled in September by Newcastle-based, creative development agency, Generator, this groundbreaking label partnership marks a pivotal moment for the region. Interval Records aligns its trajectory with global music powerhouses, leveraging Generator’s three-decade legacy of supporting the North East’s music community.

Teesside-born Josh Daniel, said “Being able to use my knowledge and expertise to cultivate talent in the area, with the backing of a major label, is incredible. Operating from Generator’s new offices on Newcastle’s iconic Quayside, the label is gearing up for further expansion. Recruitment for the North East’s first A&R intern, which will see the label employ its second full-time member of staff is now live. The intern will be responsible for discovering and supporting promising new artists, ensuring Interval Records remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving industry.
