Slow paced electronic pop is probably the last thing that comes to mind when you think of Edinburgh’s music scene but its exactly what we have today for you from Eyes of Others.

Dysfuntional‘ builds up slow and steady before dropping some hugely satisfying 80s deep bass bombs. Echoing the synth-driven, uplifting moments that New Order use so well, the track develops with a dark, understated vocal style which sounds a bit like Hot Chip at times.

This is the kind of music that you would expect to hear towards the early hours of the morning at a club or in the relaxing dark of home.

Eyes of Others will also be back on November 6th with his EP entitled Nightwalking on the Label Fandango.
