Generator Sessions… The Lake Poets feat. Ajimal

Filmed at prestigious Blast Recording Studio, Generator Sessions feature unique collaborative grand piano-based performances from 4 of the best artists in the North East scene: The Lake Poets, Tessera Skies, Trev Gibb and Ajimal, plus very special guests Lanterns on the Lake.

5 session videos were produced in one day by Melting Point Media and Mark Broughton (Tessera Skies) and videos will be unveiled weekly in November and December. The staggered videos will be released through Generator’s artist development project which has supported the likes of Eliza and the Bear, Mausi, Lulu James and Azekel. Generator Sessions follow popular sessions for Evolution Emerging and for the BBC’s Space Invasion project.

And on Saturday 14th December, the collective will collaborate at an intimate live show at Newcastle’s Mining Institute, featuring sets from The Lake Poets, Ajimal, Trev Gibb and Tessera Skies. Limited tickets are available now
