WE THE WILD

Alt-pop duo, We The Wild, have invented a new unique sound that is bound to spread like wild fire upon release of their second single ‘Body Electric (Blue)’.

The former future members, Ant West and Casey Roarty, have created yet another solid track following their debut release, the radio friendly, ‘You Lost My Mind’. In comparison Body Eclectic (Blue) is a compelling melodic indie alt-pop track. It hits all the right buttons with it’s brooding oscillating melodies and chilled atmospheric feel.

The song is a new take on alt-pop as it boasts full-bodied piano riffs, rather then the sterile synth, pulses with pop tingled alt rock and is wrapped up nicely with some slick production.

The video isn’t too bad either. In it the duo, like many before them, opt for the paint effect (and get splattered with blue paint in a very artsy way) but if you like the colour blue it’s quite enjoyable to watch.

Plus, if you enjoy the track their debut EP ‘Volume 1’ will be will worth checking out when it’s release November 11th via Super Recordings.
