We take the approach of a professional workflow, developing concepts on paper through to you screening your film at the showcase.
Please note that you will have access to the Adobe suite software but depending on your project idea, you will most likely require some access to your own filmmaking equipment – whether you have a basic kit or are taking a journalistic approach and shooting on a smartphone.
Alongside your creative endeavour, a series of Enterprise Support workshops and one to one support is available to individuals who are contemplating pursuing a freelance career and/or develop a business idea in Film and Animation.
The enterprise support package includes a series of key enterprise workshops covering a range of relevant business topics to guide and motivate creative individuals through the logistics of starting a business. Guest speakers will be introduced to their areas of specialism from accountants to young creative and digital entrepreneurs, business coaches to branding specialists to give insight into self-employment and constructive advice.
It’s a great opportunity to develop the broad base of skills to succeed in a wide range of exciting careers – or even create your own business after you graduate.
