GENGAHR

Gengahr made some waves last year under their former guise RES with the brilliant MGMT-channeling ‘She’s A Witch’. A new name and a new demo in the shape of the effortlessly cool ‘Fill My Gums With Blood’ have reignited this London lot, with blogs falling over themselves to praise their chilled-out and melodically rich brand of indie rock.

Jam packed with hazy, understated guitars and falsetto vocals, ‘Fill My Gums With Blood’ is so good that you have to remind yourself that it’s just a demo (and available for free download at that). Plenty more to come from Gengahr and we can hardly wait.
