A fantastic opportunity to see the next generation of North East artists all in one laid back spring gig, on the stunning terrace of the iconic music venue The Cumberland Arms. As part of The Cumberland Arms’, ‘Live On the Terrace’ series, the showcase will feature exciting new music developed on our First Notes programme, performed live for the first time by the amazing:

First Notes is our ongoing artist development project, supporting and developing local emerging artists with their first release campaigns in partnership with local artist management company Singing Light Music and renowned local recording studio Blank Studios.
Funded by Youth Music, the programme enables young early career artists professionalise their craft and develop their original music, supported by industry professionals from initial recording stages right up to release, accumulating in this all day showcase at prestigious local venue Cumberland Arms.
Come along to support the next generation of North East talent – free admission from 2:00 PM, with live music starting at 2:30 PM
The live music will be followed by a local DJ. No need to rush off for dinner – food will be available to purchase from a local food vender throughout the day and night.
