Generator Live is a new music festival – the only in the region to celebrate and exclusively showcase North East talent. With fringe gigs in the month prior and an unforgettable city festival day in September, Generator Live is the ultimate celebration of the North East’s music scene.

The first Generator Live took place in the summer of 2022, but the festival itself has been around for nearly 20 years under different guises, including Evolution Emerging and Tipping Point Live.
