Session Two: Website Quick Wins

We’ll take a look at some of the good, bad and the ugly and learn about what makes a great user experience. From the layout of headers and security to the smallest user interactions on your website, you’ll learn how you can make small changes that make a big difference.
Measuring success with data: we’ll be taking a look at some simple ways in which you can measure the impact of changes, including customer lifetime value, system use, customer satisfaction and effort scores.
After the workshops, you will be able to book an hour long 1-2-1 session with Helena to delve deeper into the workshop content in the context of your business
