Why Solange Matters – In Conversation with Stephanie Philipps & Sister Shack

We are pleased to announce we are partnering with Brave Exhibitions Festival for a fringe event on the 17th November 2021

Hosted by Sister Shack, we’re delighted to be welcoming author and musicians Stephanie Philipps (of 2019 BEF headliners Big Joanie Band) to The Journey on the 17th November for a reading and discussion on her acclaimed book ‘Why Solange Matters’ published earlier this year

The conversation will be followed by DJ sets from DJ Awkward Black Girl and some more friends of Brave Exhibitions
