Baltic’s New Referral Scheme
Baltic Training shares information on their new referral scheme.
At Baltic, we care about everyone we encounter, and above all, we aim to change futures.
But we can’t do it alone; we rely on the support of the employers to provide apprenticeship opportunities for young people. If you know someone in your network who may benefit from hiring an apprentice, we want your help!
We believe that the greatest compliment we can receive is for an employer or apprentice to recommend our services to someone they know.
To give something back to our advocates, we’ve revamped our referral process by introducing a charitable edge. We are pleased to announce that now, whenever we receive a referral, not only will that change the life of a young person, or impact a business for the better, we will also pledge a donation to a chosen charity.
How will this work?
Going forward, whenever we receive a referral, the person making that referral will get the opportunity to nominate a charity of their choice. This could be one of Baltic’s nominated national charities, or a smaller local charity close to their heart.
If the company or young person in question, then go onto successfully recruit an apprentice or be placed onto one of our programmes, Baltic will donate £250 to the chosen charity.
