1. In your opinion, what are some of the biggest challenges women who want to explore a career path in tech and digital face?

That the digital sector is not “sexy” and that you need to be a geek! That is a load of rubbish as there are tonnes of jobs, for example, project management, design, creative direction, which are all really exciting and you get to work with amazing people. I personally think that the digital sector is one of the fastest-growing and most inspiring sectors to be involved in.

2. What do you think needs to be done to attract more women to work in tech and digital?

Show the breadth of work that there is, the wide range of job types available and the variety of different companies you can work for.

3. What would your message be to women and girls looking to pursue a career in tech and digital?

You won’t choose a better career path!
