Today’s tip comes from Norfolk-based Dano with her new single ‘Your Love’, an impressive introduction into her world of brooding, soul-infused pop.

The opening eight-bit electronics make the track feel as if it dwells at the bottom of a Mario Dungeon and progress into a trap inspired beat, providing a fascinatingly modern edge.

Dano’s rich, soulful voice is the perfect compliment to the dark tone of the track. The chorus is incredibly catchy and has the potential to stick in your head for days that’s for sure.

Fans of Jessie Ware and London Grammar will welcome the musician with open arms, but Dano has enough of an individual musical flare that she cannot be mistaken for anyone other than herself.

At only 20 years of age, Dano’s first track is an incredibly mature introduction into the world of soul-pop and has left us excited for what she has up her sleeves next.
