CREATEiNNOVATE Open for Applications

Northern Film and Media are looking for four Producer – Writer teams with a feature film in the late stages of production or development to support in the creation of an innovative online project which has the potential to deepen the impact on audiences engaging in their feature films.

CREATEiNNOVATE 2014 is the second edition of Northern Film & Media’s high level industry mentoring and live project development programme that will support four experienced film producers and writers, develop innovative creative and commercial ways of extending their feature film story worlds online.

Alongside fantastic support from their team of highly experienced mentors, programme attendees will also receive a £500 bursary towards developing their ideas and access to key financiers and industry decision makers through our new partnership with leading cross-media market Power to the Pixel

There will also be a series of workshops open to any filmmakers interested in developing their cross-media skills. These sessions will cover a range of topics including marketing, branding, building audiences and new business models. The programme kicks off with a 3 day film ‘hack’ in August where Producer-Writer teams will workshop their feature film ideas in a lab style environment.

Deadline for applications is Midday Monday 7th July.
