Enterprise Development Coordinator Vacancy

Creative development agency, Generator, is looking for an Enterprise Development Coordinator who has an interest and/or experience of working within the creative and digital industries. Strong organisational skills are essential and we would be interested in hearing about any experience of developing employability and or enterprise skills with young adults.

Salary: £18,000
Hours: 35 hours per week

You will provide central support to Generator’s Business Support Programme Manager in the delivery of our new business support project, Digital Futures, which will deliver support interventions for creative and digital businesses who have innovative, profitable ideas so that they can develop, succeed and grow.

Alongside this work, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the enterprise development strands of Digital Futures identifying potential creative and digital entrepreneurs, providing key support enabling them to progress self-employment and enterprise ambitions. The name for this strand is Ladders and further information can be found attached.

You will possess enthusiasm for supporting the growth of the creative and digital industries in the North East and be motivated to make the necessary connections with relevant support organisations and associated networks to ensure that young people, entrepreneurs and businesses can capitalise on the opportunities provided at Generator and more widely across the region.

This post is part-funded by England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
