What to tell you about Bad Sounds? The duo behind the music have shrouded themselves in an air of mystery and give very little away on their Facebook and Soundcloud page. Like Jungle before them, they don’t divulge much and let their music do the talking.

The comparison to Jungle is pretty apt on their latest track, Living Alone. Like the Londoners, Bad Sounds revel in echoed vocals, infectious digitized hooks and possess an attitude to making dance music that deftly straddles a fine line between 90s nostalgia, the rifftastic elements of 70s funk and thoroughly modern electro. If Living Alone is anything to go by, then Bad Sounds will have to come out of the woodwork pretty soon.
