Enigmatic, London-based production team Bedlam pair smooth future R&B with some seriously chilled out electronica to create their debut track ‘Twist Of Fate’. The as-yet unidentified female vocalist has a wonderfully delicate voice which perfectly matches the floating synths and echoing backing vocals.

After a low-key first verse, sparsely punctuated by a bass drum and the occasional synth chord, the track gives way to a textured and delightfully catchy hook, which will no doubt add to the already broad appeal of the track. Bedlam, whoever they might be, have managed to create a cutting-edge UK Bass sound that is as brooding as it is mellow, a perfect track for the end of the summer.
