DAVID HARKS

While we’re now into September and summer already seems like a distant memory, Brighton producer David Harks is doing his best to keep the sunshine vibes flowing. If you’re a fan of uplifting steel drums you’re in luck, as ‘Open Arms’ features extensive use of them alongside a powerful vocal sample performed by Preacher Jayden McKenzie.

Harks has previously released with French imprint Kitsuné Maison, so it’s clear to see that he knows what he is doing on the buttons. The vocals of the producer are also something which makes ‘Open Arms’ stand out, and his distinctive voice is something that he should definitely take full advantage of.
