FUN ADULTS

In the same manner that literary critics will all share a common text that only they know and highly admire, perhaps lying quietly under the radar, Fun Adults are the band of music bloggers and critics. Thoroughly deserving of their time here at Tipping Point towers, the band have already received plaudits across the board, with one notable publication insisting that they are worthy of a genre of their own. High praise indeed, and Fun Adults add substance to such reviews through their intricate and endearingly clever music, immersing each track in channels of varying and ever changing sounds.

Having already released on Tough Love Records, the band’s next single ‘For Water/Peek & Punch’ will be released on new label Handsome Dad Records. ‘For Water’ is bursting with influences, ranging from sounds of jazz and soul, all the way through to the melodies of pop. This sophomore effort will no doubt bring the band closer to what will inevitably be a masterpiece of an album.

With performances at The Great Escape and a very special show at London’s St Pancras Old Church on the 29th May, Fun Adults will hopefully no longer remain the shared secret in the world of us bloggers and critics.
