Today’s tip comes from Newcastle singer-songwriter Jake Houlsby who brings us his sweet new tune ‘Bloom’, following on from his hugely successful previous single ‘Carousel’ released earlier in the year. As autumn is in full swing with ice cold winds, there’s a need for really warm and feel good music and despite the word bloom normally hinting towards sunnier times, this is the perfect laid back record to brighten up dark and cold nights.

The launch of ‘Bloom’ coincides with Jake’s forthcoming UK tour including a single launch show in his hometown of Newcastle at The Mining Institute on 26th November.
