As our Tipping Point artists always seem to do, Jr. Sea emerged out of nowhere with a solitary SoundCloud stream. Par for the course so far, however Jr. Sea did strike a chord immediately with a rather quizzical track title, ‘Out of Body Auto-Reply’. The curiosity alone provoked by the title would demand a listen even from the most cynical blogger, and I’d bet that there are very few listeners who would be left disappointed after pressing play. Beginning with an immediate burst of energy, and sustained by an incredibly infectious beat, ‘Out of Body Auto-Reply’ has all the hallmarks of a golden pop track. Mixed by Tarek Musa, who is, as far as we’re concerned, one of the most exciting young producers in the UK, the track bears his creative fingerprint as he is able to galvanize the tropical energy that ‘Out of Body Auto-Reply’ oozes.

All seems quiet on the Jr. Sea front at the moment, however with support from the blogosphere and NME, it feels like it will only be a matter of time until another brilliant new track emerges.
