Today’s tip comes from London based rapper Nick Brewer, with his recent single ‘Talk To Me‘.

Combining love struck, witty lyrics reminiscent of the likes of Example with more left field, Caribou-esque instrumentation, ‘Talk To Me‘ has all of the ingredients and potential needed to become a genuine club banger. The recruitment of Berlin native and sublime songwriter Bibi Bourelly (who performs guest vocals on the track) is an important feature, as her soulful, Jess Glynne-like vocal delivery accompanies Brewer’s bars perfectly, with the end result being a track that is destined to do well.

After a triumphant weekend of performances at Reading and Leeds festivals last month, and with regular publicity and airplay on Radio 1 of late (with ‘Talk To Me‘ featuring as ‘Track of the day’ last week), it’s written in the stars the Nick Brewer is en route to inevitable stardom.
