OPAL BLUE

Secretive London-based collective Opal Blue follow the release of single ‘Taking My Love Away’ with a music video promo featuring a compilation of alluring vintage film reels.

With their highly successful E.P She Goes Deep released earlier in the year, and other previous releases, artwork theming on the deep ocean, it was very fitting the music video promo included footage from CCTV found at the bottom of the Mariana Trench.

The track introduces itself with moody French-house electro synths before dropping to the garage drumbeat supporting the R&B vocal flow.

The chorus blends the track title with up-beat electronica and modernised 2-step ensuring the track will ride up top with the rejuvenation of UKG this summer.
