THE PALE WHITE

The Pale White have already had Soundcloud success with ‘I Want a Reaction’ and ‘Sticks and Stones’, and their newest track looks set to keep the hype train going at full steam ahead.

With the same heavy sound as The White Stripes, mixed with the smooth and sexy charisma of Kings of Leon, the Newcastle-based trio look set to collect many more fans.

‘Let You Down’, ironically, does not let you down. In fact it actually gives you hope that real rock ‘n’ roll is still alive and well, flourishing in the souls of the next generation.

The track begins softly compared to the last two minutes, with cool riffs weaved in between morose yet light-hearted lyrics. The contrast in The Pale White’s sound within a single track surely puts them up there with the most promising acts of today.

Perhaps I have a soft spot for anything rock or indie, but this has, in particular, impressed me a lot. Maybe my opinion means nothing, but that shouldn’t stop you from checking out The Pale White and their other tracks; I for one already have the track downloaded onto my iPod.
