MAX MARSHALL

Max Marshall‘s ‘Your Love Is Like‘ has all the catchy, melodic appeal of a Rihanna smash, but comes with none of the accompanying irritating trappings.  Marshall uses her smooth but powerful vocal to tell tales of love-induced madness (a la ‘Crazy In Love’), and is accompanied by a lush piano, vinyl samples and a funky drum break.

Originally from Baltimore, the talented vocalist has an EP and full-length album in the works, and also has aspirations as a designer – with this much in the pipeline it looks like we’ll be seeing plenty more of  East London resident Max Marshall.
